Stephen Mitchell is a Lead Facilitator at PCA Law with a background as both a lawyer and law firm business development director in the US and UK.
Originally from Cincinnati, Steve was admitted to the bar in New York after attending NYU School of Law. He was a summer associate at Dewey Ballantine and then worked in-house for Jujamcyn Theaters, the Broadway theatre owner and producer, handling a range of commercial, real estate, labour and dispute-related matters. He was subsequently a Project Manager for EE&K Architects in Los Angeles, overseeing planning approvals for several high-profile, mixed-use developments.
More recently, Steve has over 15 years of experience as a Marketing and Business Development Director at law firms in the US and UK, including Weston Benshoof (now Alston & Bird) in Los Angeles, Sidley Austin in New York and Memery Crystal in London.
Steve also trained as an actor, with a strong background in improvisation as well as film and television credits on both sides of the Atlantic.
Since joining PCA Law, Steve has delivered experiential training programmes as a facilitator to a variety of UK and international law firms, including Allen & Overy, Baker & McKenzie, Bird & Bird, Hogan Lovells, Mayer Brown, Norton Rose Fulbright, Simmons & Simmons and White & Case. He has also facilitated a programme on internal networking for Nestlé senior managers in the Middle East.
