Sonia Saville combines her extensive experience in personal impact training with a background in law and over ten years working as a professionally trained actor. She has worked with a number of FTSE 100 organisations and her passion for training and education has also led to her developing a specialised interview technique programme for teenagers.
Sonia previously worked for Clifford Chance in Paris as a legal translator, with additional experience as an Articled Clerk. She also has experience of the brokerage world, having worked for Intercapital Ltd.
Sonia received a Postgraduate Degree in Acting from Birmingham School of Acting and has a number of theatrical credits in the West End and throughout the UK.
In her career as a Personal Effective Communication Coach, Sonia has worked with such companies as RBS, HSBC, Sanofi Aventis, Roche, Pfizer and the Royal College of Medicine – and law firms including Simmons & Simmons and A&L Goodbody. Sonia’s skills have proved invaluable for people who find face-to-face communication or presenting difficult. She specialises in rectifying specific, physical inhibitions/impairments, such as nervous ticks, speaking too fast/slow/indistinctly and enhancing overall performance. Furthermore, her recent work with older teenagers and young adults approaching interviews for the first time has been warmly praised for its content and effectiveness.
