Priya is a Lead Facilitator and core team member at PCA Law. An experienced facilitator, consultant and policy advisor, she has extensive diversity, marketing and project management experience in both the private and public sector, and an in-depth knowledge of human and corporate behavioural psychology.
Her expertise includes diversity and corporate social responsibility, leadership training, conflict resolution, policy and strategy development, and public relations.
Before joining PCA Law, Priya was a Senior Diversity Advisor for Business in the Community (BITC), working with a wide portfolio of clients including The Law Society, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Nationwide, GlaxoSmithKline and the Home Office. She designed and delivered training sessions on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, resilience and intergenerational conflict, and developed a blended training approach using face to face, web-based and individual training. In other roles, Priya has implemented equality policies and provided advice and guidance to senior leaders around equalities legislation, regulation and best practice.
An alumni of Carnegie Mellon University and New York University, Priya has written award-winning nomination bids for public sector awards including the European Diversity Awards, Guardian Public Services Awards and the Stonewall Workspace Equality Index. She facilitates roundtable discussions on race representation in the media, gender diversity in the construction sector, the gender pay gap and mental wellbeing in the workplace, and leads the BITC cross-organisational mentoring circles programme, with over 250 mentees and 32 mentors across the private and public sectors around the UK.
