Nikki Squire’s 11 years in private practice have given her considerable experience and insight around personal communications in law firms.
Nikki specialised in corporate finance, working for 8 years with Clifford Chance in London and Hong Kong, before spending 4 years as a partner, firstly with Deacons Graham & James in Hong Kong, and then with Rowe and Maw (now Mayer Brown) in London.
Following her career in the law, Nikki retrained as a professional actor. She has been working professionally ever since in theatre, film and television, including the BBC and Channel 4.

She has also worked as an experiential practitioner with senior medical professionals, using roleplay to develop their communications skills as part of their training to become consultants.
Nikki has provided training to numerous UK and international law firms, including Allen & Overy, Bond Dickinson, Browne Jacobson, Burges Salmon, CMS Cameron McKenna, Clyde & Co, Eversheds, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Herbert Smith Freehill, Hogan Lovells, Ince and Co, Linklaters, Nabarro, Norton Rose Fulbright, Osborne Clarke, Simmons and Simmons and White & Case.
