David Rosenbauer’s expertise in providing communications skills training for the legal sector is based on his background as a German-qualified lawyer and working for a leading international training consultancy for seven years as a Project Manager and Account Director. He also brings a unique mix of cross-cultural experience to his training, as he is of dual nationality and mixed ethnic background and has lived in countries as varied as Brazil, the US, France, Germany and the UK.
During his legal training contract, David worked at Gleiss Lutz in Frankfurt, the European Commission in Brussels and the German Embassy in London. He also briefly worked for an entertainment law boutique in Germany.
David is also a professional actor with film and theatre credits on both sides of the Atlantic. David is an EMCC-qualified coaching practitioner and has over 10 years of experience in business role-play and the design and delivery of training interventions. He has run training for FTSE 100 companies and UK and international law firms, where he works with partners, senior associates and junior lawyers. His legal sector clients include Allen & Overy, Arnold & Porter, Hogan Lovells, Linklaters and Pinsent Masons, and his corporate clients include KPMG, Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Jones Lang LaSalle, BP, Vodafone, Pfizer, Mercedes-Benz and Kimberly-Clark.
David is able to conduct experiential training simulations in English, German and French. He runs his own consultancy as an independent trainer, facilitator and coach, with specialisms in diversity and inclusion and interpersonal communication.
