Damian Quinn is a communications consultant and a professionally trained actor, with a legal background that includes both working in a City law firm and in-house counsel experience.
Damian started his legal career at Allen & Overy as a trainee solicitor, where he qualified into the corporate department, advising UK-based and multi-national clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. After a nine-month secondment to United Business Media plc, he was offered a permanent position in-house and became Group Legal Adviser, organising the provision of legal advice across its divisions worldwide.
After working in the law, Damian trained as an actor at The Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, receiving a Postgraduate Degree in Acting, and he has worked as a professional actor ever since. His acting work includes appearing in BBC One’s long running crime drama, Silent Witness. He has also appeared in Doctors, Eastenders and Call the Midwife for the BBC and Fearless for ITV. On stage, his credits include The Moment of Truth (Southwark Playhouse), King John (Union Theatre), Duchess of Malfi (Greenwich Playhouse) and Macbeth (Young Shakespeare Company).
Training with PCA as an experiential learning practitioner has enabled Damian to combine his unique skills and backgrounds, delivering programmes to leading law firms such as Freshfields, Baker & McKenzie, Clyde & Co, Hogan Lovells, Mayer Brown and White & Case. His experience includes leadership, personal impact and business development training with senior lawyers, as well as coaching on a one-to-one basis.
