Job Description

  • Part Time Project Administrator role at a rapidly growing corporate training company start-up: The Personal Communications Academy for Lawyers, based in Kings Cross, London
  • PCA Law experienced 123% growth from year 1 to year 2, and together the team has worked with over 80 leading international and national law firms – it has delivered training in 15 countries and 5 continents
  • Together, the team has fostered a deep understanding of experiential communications training in the business world, having worked with over 150 global corporates and FTSE 100 companies across 16 sectors
  • We now specialise in training lawyers and business service professionals to build successful relationships, using an experiential and outcome-based approach
  • We have grown our team of training consultants to a size of 24, all of whom are ex-legal sector and professional actors, as well as personal communications experts
  • We will be launching at least two new product lines over the next 12 months and plan major expansion into a variety of jurisdictions and sectors over the next 3 years
  • The Project Administrator role will be responsible for (but not limited to):
  1. Managing and administering training course bookings and logistics throughout the lifecycle of a job, for example, from team availability checks and bookings, to finalising and sending final course materials to the clients / participants / delivery team, to gathering feedback after the course has run
  2. Collaborating closely with another part-time Project Administrator
  3. Attending face to face meetings with clients
  4. Helping to prepare job proposals for new jobs
  5. Helping to compile course materials
  6. Liaising with the following people in relation to our training courses: clients, PCA Law’s delivery team, Directors, Account Managers and Operations Manager
  7. Coordinate with clients and PCA Law’s Company Bookkeeper with regard to invoicing any courses run and liaising with the Delivery Team re expenses, invoices and finance reports etc

Remuneration Package

  • £25-35k per annum (pro rata)
  • Long-term financial incentives (e.g. performance based bonus and employee share scheme)
  • Government approved company pension scheme
  • 30 days holiday a year (including Bank Holidays) (pro rata)

Start date

  • ASAP

Other details

  • 3 days a week
    2 x days a week – option to work from home
    1 x day a week – required to work from our offices on York Way, Kings Cross
  • Total of 24 hours a week – 9:30am to 6:30pm (one hour for lunch)
